Data Deletion Instructions
We delete your Meta data within 7 days. No questions asked.
Who this is for
If you connected your Facebook Page, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business to Hisab24 and want us to delete all Meta Platform Data we hold about you (comments, DMs, tokens, order data pulled via Graph API), follow the steps below.
Option 1 — Inside the app (recommended)
- Open webapp.hisab24.com and log in
- Go to Settings → Connected Pages
- Click Disconnect
- Confirm "Delete all my Facebook/Instagram data"
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email to privacy@hisab24.com
To: privacy@hisab24.com
Subject: Data Deletion - [Your Page Name]
Include: your Hisab24 account phone/email, Facebook Page name, and Page ID if known.
What we delete
- Page access tokens
- Comments and Messenger/IG/WhatsApp messages stored for order creation
- Order data created from Meta Graph API
- Connected Page / Instagram / WhatsApp Business identifiers
Timeline & confirmation
- Deletion completed within 7 business days
- You will receive email confirmation when done
- If the request comes via Meta's data deletion callback, we return a confirmation code and status URL as required by Meta
