Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Hisab24 (website, mobile app, connected Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp), you agree to these Terms. Operated by Hisab24, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

2. What is Hisab24

Hisab24 is a digital accounting tool for F-commerce sellers. We auto-create orders from your Facebook comments, Messenger, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp messages.

We are NOT a courier, payment gateway, or Facebook.

3. Your Account

• You must be 18+
• One account per business. Keep password safe.
• You are responsible for your Facebook Page / WhatsApp Business access. If your Page is hacked, disconnect immediately from Hisab24 → Settings.

4. Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp Connection

• You authorize us to read comments/messages ONLY for order creation when you click "Connect Page".
• You can disconnect anytime: Settings → Connected Pages → Disconnect. Data auto-deleted in 7 days. See Data Deletion.
• We comply with Meta Platform Terms. We do not post on your Page without permission.

5. Pricing & Payment (BD)

• Free plan: Limited free usage after signup (order and resource quotas apply). No card required. When a paid subscription expires, the account reverts to Free until you renew.
• Paid plans (BDT, per seller account — not per Page):
  • Start: ৳300 / month, or ৳3,000 / year
  • Pro: ৳600 / month, or ৳6,000 / year
  • Business: ৳1,200 / month, or ৳12,000 / year
• Yearly billing: Pay for 10 months, get 12 months (equivalent to 2 months free / ~17% savings vs paying monthly for a full year).
• Plan features and quotas (orders, landing pages, products, staff, fraud check, Facebook automation, etc.) are as shown at signup / in-app Billing and on hisab24.com/#pricing. We may update published prices with notice; existing paid terms remain until the current billing period ends unless otherwise stated.
• Payment via bKash, Nagad, or Card via SSLCommerz.
• Auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel in Settings → Billing.

6. Refund Policy

• 7-day money-back guarantee on first payment if you didn't create more than 50 orders.
• No refund for partial month.
• To refund: email billing@hisab24.com within 7 days.

7. Your Responsibilities

• You must confirm order accuracy. Auto-detection can be wrong. Hisab24 is not liable for wrong delivery due to AI parsing error.
• You must not use Hisab24 for illegal goods, spam, or harassment.
• You must get consent from your customers to store their phone/address for delivery.

8. Accuracy Disclaimer

Hisab24 parses Bangla/English comments using AI (e.g., "Ami nibo" = order). Accuracy ~95%. You must verify before sending to courier.

We provide profit/baki reports based on data YOU entered. We are not liable for accounting errors, tax miscalculation, or business loss.

9. Prohibited

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell Hisab24.
• Use for spam: auto-replying to Facebook comments without user consent.
• Upload illegal content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Service provided "AS IS". Maximum liability is the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for lost profit, Facebook ban, or courier loss.

11. Termination

We can suspend if you violate Terms, spam, or if Meta revokes our access. You can delete your account anytime: Settings → Delete Account. On deletion, data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We will notify 15 days before major changes via email + in-app banner.

13. Governing Law

Laws of Bangladesh. Disputes: Dhaka courts.
